We offer shipping across the UAE for families who live far from us or for customers who prefer their Maine coon kitten delivered directly to their doorstep. Our goal is to make delivery simple, safe, and stress reduced for the kitten, while keeping you fully informed from dispatch to arrival.

Delivery Options

1) Doorstep Delivery (Within the UAE)

This option is ideal for families who want their kitten delivered directly to their home, office, or another agreed safe location in the UAE. We coordinate a delivery time window, confirm your address and contact details, and provide updates before departure and during transit where possible.

2) Meet Up Delivery (Agreed Location)

For some areas, it may be easier to meet at a public, quiet, and safe spot (for example, near a landmark, petrol station, or mall parking area). This can reduce travel time for the kitten and may be recommended depending on the route, weather, and timing.

3) Pickup by Appointment

Families are always welcome to pick up their kitten by appointment if they prefer to meet us in person and complete the handover directly.

If you are in a remote area, we will confirm the best delivery plan and estimated timing before finalizing.

When Shipping Can Be Scheduled

Shipping is scheduled only after: Your reservation is confirmed Final payment is completed (unless otherwise agreed in writing) Your kitten is ready for placement and cleared for travel based on health and age A delivery date and time window are agreed with you

We do not ship a kitten that appears unwell, has significant diarrhea, is overly lethargic, or shows signs of a contagious condition. If a kitten needs more time, delivery may be postponed to protect the kitten’s welfare.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, we will: Confirm your exact location, parking access, and best contact number Agree on a realistic arrival window Share updates before departure and when we are close to arrival Complete the handover with your kitten and documents

Please ensure an adult is available to receive the kitten. If you live in a building with security, inform them in advance to avoid delays.

Carrier, Comfort, and Safety Standards

Your kitten travels in a secure, well ventilated carrier appropriate for their size. We prioritize: Safe handling and secure containment at all times Cleanliness and comfort during the trip Keeping travel time as efficient as possible Reducing stress through gentle handling and minimal stops

For the kitten’s safety, we do not allow the kitten to be held outside the carrier during transit or at roadside stops.

Weather and Timing Considerations

The UAE heat can be intense, especially in summer. We schedule deliveries at times that reduce heat exposure when possible. If weather or road conditions make travel unsafe, we may suggest rescheduling. Kitten welfare always comes first.

Costs and Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on: Distance and emirate Time required for the route Meet up versus doorstep delivery Special timing requests (early morning or late evening)

We will confirm the delivery fee clearly before you book delivery. Delivery fees are separate from the kitten price unless stated otherwise.

Buyer Responsibilities Before Delivery

To ensure a smooth handover, the buyer agrees to: Provide the correct address and a reachable contact number Confirm a delivery time window and be available during that window Prepare a quiet room for the kitten’s first day Have fresh water, litter, and the recommended food ready Keep other pets separated during the first introduction period

If no one is available at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, re delivery may require an additional fee.

After Arrival: First Hours at Home

Once your kitten arrives: Bring the carrier directly into the prepared quiet room Open the carrier door and allow the kitten to come out on their own Offer water and a small amount of the same food they are used to Avoid crowds and too much handling on day one Keep introductions to other pets slow and supervised

A short adjustment period is normal. Some kittens explore immediately, while others take a little time to feel confident.

Health Check Requirement After Delivery

To keep the health guarantee valid, the buyer must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian in the UAE within 72 hours of delivery for a general health exam. This protects both the kitten and the family and ensures any concerns are identified early.

Delivery Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please inform us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate. If we must reschedule due to kitten health, weather, or safety concerns, we will propose the next available safe date.

Delivery fees may be non refundable once travel has begun or once a driver has been assigned, depending on the situation. Any exceptions will be confirmed in writing.
